A 32 year old graduate of Business Education.
Growing up, Queen with her family reared chickens. Queen also baked cakes and pies and her family was her first customer. Queen is still faced with the challenge of starting a sustainable business and she hopes to learn how to sustain it. She is involved with Jos Green Centre because she wants to create and be the change.
Queen hopes to build her capacity in business sustainability. Her goal is to keep layer birds to meet the demand for healthy sources of protein from eggs and meat. She will also sell by-products like chicken droppings as organic fertilizer.
